Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. innerwear, leggings, stockings, socks, accessories, clearance items) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on product pages.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@merrymango.in or WhatsApp at +91-7626990017 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the product(s) back via a reliable courier. (Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.)
  5. After inspection, we will confirm whether your return has been approved.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer store credit instead.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong size/color/item delivered).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited as store credits after the quality check is approved by our delivery agent.
  • If online refund is not possible, we may issue a store credit or gift voucher.
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear & socks
  • Hair accessories, jewelry, or other personal-use items
  • Gift cards & store credits
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

7. Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Products returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition (not due to our fault) will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.
