• We partner with reliable couriers such as DTDC, DHL, Bluedart, and India Post, depending on destination and package size.
• For remote or less accessible locations, delivery may be handled via India Post or local courier networks.
  
  

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination PIN code.
• We may offer free standard shipping for orders above a certain cart value (e.g. ₹[Insert Minimum]).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional ₹60 fee.
• Express or priority shipping (if available) may include extra charges.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or address issues.

Metro Cities / Major Hubs: 2–4 business days e.g. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru.
Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days, Depending on courier reach.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
• Track your order on the courier partner’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
• If your order shows as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, contact us immediately.

6. Failed Delivery & Address Issues

• Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2 times.
• If undeliverable, the package may be returned to the courier branch or to us; reshipment charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

• You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it (before dispatch).
