1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons (festivals, holidays, or sale events), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We partner with reliable couriers such as DTDC, DHL, Bluedart, and India Post, depending on destination and package size.
- For remote or less accessible locations, delivery may be handled via India Post or local courier networks.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination PIN code.
- We may offer free standard shipping for orders above a certain cart value (e.g. ₹[Insert Minimum]).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur an additional ₹60 fee.
- Express or priority shipping (if available) may include extra charges.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or address issues.

Metro Cities / Major Hubs: 2–4 business days e.g. Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru.
Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days, Depending on courier reach.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
- Track your order on the courier partner’s website or via our Order Tracking page.
- If your order shows as “delivered” but hasn’t been received, contact us immediately.
6. Failed Delivery & Address Issues
- Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If undeliverable, the package may be returned to the courier branch or to us; reshipment charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- Merry Mango is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
7. Order Cancellation or Changes
- You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it (before dispatch).
- Once shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. You may refuse delivery or refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and a brief description.
- We’ll investigate with the courier and may offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.
- Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
9. International Shipping (if applicable)
- Currently, Merry Mango ships only within India.
- When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
